The funeral for Rosina (Miller) Judd, 89 years old, who died Friday in Concord, CA will be at 2 p.m. PST on Monday, May 15, 2017. Services will be held at the Redwood Chapel at Oakmont Memorial Park, 2099 Reliez Valley Road, Lafayette CA. Private viewing begins at 1 p.m. prior to the service. Rosina was born in Dilworth, MN on December 6, 1927. She moved to California during World War II where she met her husband Bearl Miller (deceased in 1982). Rosina and Bearl married in Oakland, CA in 1947. Rosina worked with the County of Contra Costa and the Golden Rain Foundation until her retirement in 1992. Rosina is survived by her 4 children, Stephen Miller, Berylanne Shoaf, Paula Cobbett, and Carl Miller. Rosina is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild; brother, Carl Annalora and sister, Jeanne Crawford
